Women have the least access to capital and career development, yet have the greatest demands on job performance, family care responsibilities and education costs.
That’s why our events are FREE to guests.
Women pay more than their share for the “pink” tax (and don’t get us started on healthcare expenses). Advancing growth for women to innovate and thrive should not be yet another cost they burden.
Thanks to the shared passion and support of our brand partners, WoWi events bring together the industry’s most innovative thought leaders and change makers to advance women at no cost to them individually.
GIVING BACK
Women Who Innovate works with Australian charity The Cova Project to fight period poverty around the world. We share The Cova Project’s passion for providing access, education and dignity for girls, to help them grow into powerful innovators and leaders!
We donate one menstrual cup per event attendee
so every participant of our events knows that their presence has contributed to our global mission of accelerating girls.

VC-backed companies with a female founder performed 63% better than companies with all male founders, in terms of return of investment.
And yet…
97.8% of VC funding does not go to female founders.
We want to change that.
